I Got A Big Fish

Phoenie gave this precious story to his Papak (grandfather) as a birthday present.  I’m not sure why it’s on hamburger stationary  – maybe Phoenie knows that Papak loves hamburgers.

It really is a luxury to be a grandparent.

Chris and I are so thankful that Phoenie is in our lives. He truly is a gift from God…and he sure loves his Papak.

My grandson was visiting one day when he asked, “Gramma, do you know how you and God are alike?”  I asked, “No, how are we alike?”  “You’re both old,” he replied. Author unknown

  1. Hi Mrs. Lindstrom! or should I say Diane? : ) It’s been awhile since we’ve contacted each other, and I’m very thrilled to reconnect with you at the very least through blogs haha. This was really sweet, brought me back to when you taught me SAP in PCA and you would share stories about Pheonie in class…I really enjoy listening to your stories. How is Pheonie doing these days? Miss you lots! *hugs*
